How do I setup my Attendee Profile?

Visit HERE (Coming January 19). The first time you visit Impressions Connect after registering, please create an account by clicking “Create Account” button at the link above. Be sure to set up your profile to take advantage of all the features Impressions Connect has to offer including visiting with exhibitors and attending impressU conference sessions.

How do I make edits to my Attendee Profile?
  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name at the top right of the page.
  2. Click on View [Name’s] Profile.
  3. Click on the Edit link by Attendee Information.
  4. Complete information on appropriate tabs and click Save at the bottom of the page.
What do I have access to from my Attendee Profile?

You’ll be able to view the entire exhibitor list along with their booth profiles, make appointments, view product galleries and videos, see show specials, access the impressU conference and much more!

What time zone are my appointments in?

These are listed in EST.

I recently upgraded to a Full Conference Package but still don't have access to Sessions. Why?

Log out and log back in.  The system simply needed to be rebooted to upgrade your registration type.

I’m ready! How do I get registered as an Impressions Connect exhibitor?

Head HERE.

How do I set up my booth profile?

Log in to the portal HERE using your company password. If you do not know your password, click Forgot your password? to have it emailed to you. Once you are logged in, click Company Virtual Profile to add information to your profile. Make sure to click the green Save button at the bottom to save your updates.

How can my business get more exposure during the event?

We have sponsorship opportunities available for all budgets. Head HERE to find out more details and contact your Account Executive HERE if you have more questions.

How do attendees contact me?

If you send an email to the attendee using our platform, they can reply to that email and it will go directly to the email you set up under the Company profile. Attendees can also check the Digital Directory and contact you via our platform by email or with the contact info you provide on your profile.

I am an exhibitor and no attendees have responded to my email and or have inquired about my products. How do I improve my profile traffic?
  1. Please make sure to complete all sessions of the digital package.
  2. Check out leads of attendees which have viewed and visited your virtual exhibitor profile.
  3. Check out Recommendations for attendees interested in the same product categories you are selling. Impressions Connect Match making system generates those leads for you.
